Mission: To provide housing and related faciliites and services for elderly families and persons, and families of low income, on a non-profit basis. Programs: To operate rental property in akron for the purpose of housing low income, elderly and physically challenged tenants, and also to manage two related non-profit real estate projects.

Mission: Eandc was organized for the purpose of enhancing the community of east akron and other communities primarily located in summit and stark county ohio by providing affordable housing, rehabilitiating and improving existing housing, providing economic development opportunities for low and moderate-income individuals and families, provide counseling, education, and financial assistance to potential first-time homebuyers. Eandc currently manages 440 scattered site single family homes, a 40-unit senior citizens buiding, a 6-unit and 10-unit apartment buiding, a 50-unit multi-family housing project and a 30-unit multi-family townhome community in akron, ohio which are owned by the project entities. Eandc works with other non-profit agancies and currently manages an additional 165 units of affordable housing owned by unrelated owners.

Mission: F I Community Housing, Inc. will collaborate with Individuals, Staff, and the Community to provide and promote Recovery Focused, Wellness-based, and Trauma-informed Recovery Support Services that will enhance personal Recovery. Results: F I Community Housing has helped more than 4000 program clients begin and remain in recovery from several different ailments. F I Community Housing's leadership has helped create over 700 Revovery Coaches and Peer Supporters throughout Ohio, and assisted over 40 others in the opening and successful operation of similar programs throughout the country. Target demographics: Individuals, families, and the people of Summit County overcome and manage mental illness symptoms and substance use disorders and receive basic human needs. Direct beneficiaries per year: More than 20,000 individuals through our various services. Geographic areas served: Addictions and Mental Health Recovery Programs: Recovery Housing, Recovery Coaching/Peer Support, Grief Recovery, Spiritual Support, Vocational Training and Employment Assistance, Emergency Food & Shelter, Advocacy and Referral.
