Mission: Our mission is to educate and empower youth through hands-on outdoor education, recreation and outreach opportunities. We strive to service children with special needs, socio-economic disadvantages, and/or at-risk circumstances by providing engaging new experiences, time, attention and support. The majority of our activities take place outdoors in Malibu and the surrounding Santa Monica Mountains. Results: Since Spring of 2006, over 3000 youth have participated in our programs with more than 90% of participants returning for future programs. Target demographics: Children through Young Adults (4-18 yrs. old) from diverse backgrounds including low-income, foster care, homeless shelters, special needs, leadership development Direct beneficiaries per year: 400-600 youth Programs: Summer Camp Adventures, Special Needs Adventures, Outdoor Education Adventures, Athletic Adventures and Leadership Adventures

Mission: To provide an environment where a junior golfer, male or female ages 7-18, can enjoy golf and progress at his or her own rate from beginner to a proficient level while promoting and preserving the traditions and integrity of the game. Programs: To create and maintain a golf program geared to introducing youngsters to the game of golf and exposing them to valuable life skills such as respect, integrity, character and honor

Mission: To provide quality child care white providing on pontive learring experience on a pafe and every atmorphare.

Mission: The mission of Alliance for Healthy Youth is to empower, encourage and educate youth to make and keep healthy lifestyle choices. Programs: RSVP is an evidenced-based middle school prevention curriculum. The lesson plans help students correlate the risks of alcohol/drug use and premarital sexual activity. School climate is affected positively because of emphasis on respect.

Mission: Boys & girls clubs believe in the possiblity of great futures for all children. Great futures happen with educated young people of good character who know how to make good, heathly decisions. Boys & girls clubs focus on programs to help youth achieve, academic success, practice good character and citizenship, and live healthy lifestyles. All programs are developed, tested and audited by boys & girls clubs of america and customized by our staff to meet the needs of the young people we serve. Additionally, club programs utilize a youth development strategy that infuses a sense of belonging, competence, usefulness, and influence into each young person. In 2017, we had 819 members of our clubs and outreach sites. Achievements: increased member's readiness for eoy state proficiency/grade level tests. Increased members' ability to recognize and make good decisions around education, healthy lifestyles, careers, character and citizenship. Increased members' exposure to the arts. Programs: Steve wise club - youth development services provided to youth, six to twelve years old; funded through fundraising, grants, and united way. - 297 children served eller club - youth development services provided to youth, thirteen to eighteen years old at the eller avenue club; funded through fundraising, grants, and united way of summit county (united way). - 78 children served. lebron james clubhouse at joy park community center - includes youth development services provided to youth, six to eighteen years old; funded through fundraising, grants, and united way. - 264 children served. outreach services includes istrive outreach and girl power programming; funded through fundraising, grants, and united way - 135 children served. This service ended june 30, 2017.
