Mission: To provide low income public housing. Programs: To provide low income housing to families through a system of government rental subsidies.

Programs: Providing relief in the form of paying utilities, rent and other expenses for needy individuals.

Mission: To serve and glorify god through christ-centered outreach of love and compassion that responds to the physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of disadvantaged men, women, and children without regard to race, color, or creed. Programs: Transitional guest - transient in nature, clients are allocated a fixed number of overnights per month while social services assist in overcoming barriers to transitional or permanent housing. Services available: food, shelter, clothing, overnight provisions, and requisite social service casework. Available and encouraged are biblical instruction and recovery group sessions. Personal data entered in homeless management information system (hmis). job tracking - work / savings results oriented in nature, frequent accountability review by mission staff, sufficient social service casework to achieve sustainable transition plan objectives including affordable housing, reliable transportation, and emergency savings account balance. In addition to basic program services, also included are transportation assistance, legal aid, and when applicable veterans aid. Some skill assistance in: job search, personal financial management, household management. Once sustainable transition plan objectives are achieved and a move-out date established, household appliances, furnishings, and supplies are provided when available. the academy transformational in nature, comprehensive education experience designed to provide clients with spiritual and adult education resources to obtain the knowledge and skills needed to successfully transition back into the community and lead a productive christ-centered life. The academy consists of six cohesive segments: biblical studies; trade education (new castle school of trades / choffin career and technical center / others); adult educational studies; associates of arts in liberal studies (san diego christian college); service duties; and mission internships. Each individual academy member is subject to an intense monthly objective accountability review by peers, mission staff, and instructors. In addition to basic program services, also included is a comprehensive, accredited, educational experience and vigorous social services casework. Through the academy experience, clients are challenged to develope self-discipline, discernment, and maturity for life in a christ-centered environment, which by nature requires a set of moral imperatives. Upon graduation from the academy, clients enter the job tracking / work plan. Sustainable transition plan objectives are established, monitored, and, when achieved, a move-out date established. Household appliances, furnishings, and housekeeping supplies are provided when available. alumni - relational in nature, designed to remain connected to willing clients by maintaining current contact data and providing ready access to the mission's extensive network of services. Purposed to facilitate their re-entry process with personal, career, community, and spiritual development. Directed by mission staff, a significant portion of the contact work can be done by volunteers.

Mission: Provide affordable housing options to disabled individuals and low income families in southeastern michigan Programs: The rental program identifies, secures, develops and manages single family and duplex rental units and provides this affordable and accessible housing to disabled individuals and families with a disabled member. the home ownership program provides intensive education and counseling to disabled individuals and low to moderate income individuals and families who desire to purchase their own home. Homes are also acquired, rehabilitated and sold below cost to eligible parties. expenses incurred in the pursuit of the organization's mission.

Mission: Ozone house is a community-based, nonprofit agency that helps young people lead safe, healthy, and productive lives through intensive intervention and prevention services. Programs: Runaway program - ozone house provided family support services to 102 families. 58 youth, ages 10-17, stayed in our emergency youth shelter. homeless program - ozone house provided intensive case management and support services to 143 homeless youth. 38 homeless youth were housed in transitional or permanent housing. outreach program - ozone house provided crisis intervention to over 7,901 community members concerned about youth, community education to over 3,305 community members concerned about youth, free physical and psychiatric health care to 77 young people, 2,758 hot meals to youth at our after school drop-in center, and hosted approximately 4,390 visits to the drop-in center. workzone, an intensive employment training and paid internship program for homeless youth ages 18-20, prepares youth for their first job by providing employment training focused on resume-writing, interviewing, and professional workplace behavior, a 100-hour paid internship at a local business, nonprofit, or company, and case management to address homelessness and other external barriers to employment. 31 youth were provided training and stipends during 2016-17 the education fund at ozone house is available to finance a variety of educational expenses that ozone house clients incur that are not typically covered by financial aid and scholarships for books, supplies, technology, extra-curricular fees, housing deposits, et al. Having an education fund specially designated for ozone house clients helps make the goal of a continued education beyond high school possible for many young people who do not have the resources or parental support that it takes to apply to college. 5 youth were given assistance during 2016-17.

Mission: As a faith-based agency, we are committed to provide services that will foster a positive impact on the lives of families, in an effort to rebuild communities and foster growth. Mission: Adult senior retirement community offering amentities and programs for every phase of retirement, from independent living to home health care, assisted living, and nursing care. Programs: The organization is a public trust that operates a continuing care retirement community with a vision to insure a variety of quality life care services for persons 62 years of age and older that promotes an enjoyable independent secure lifestyle. The community consists of 16 cottages, 189 apartments, a 60-bed assisted living center and a 47-bed nursing center. Services include nursing care, meals, housekeeping, laundry, maintenances of apartments, activities and transportation. The costs incurred to provide these services are considered program costs.
