The Shaping Our Future: African Immigrant Community Summit is a powerful, one-day
event designed to uplift African immigrant communities across Snohomish, Pierce, and South
King Counties. Scheduled for July 26, 2025, this summit offers a platform for civic engagement,
leadership development, and policy advocacy to address the pressing challenges facing our
communities.
This summit brings together African immigrants, refugees, and asylum seekers to create
meaningful change and build collective power. It’s a chance to share your voice, influence local
decision-making, and learn how to be a part of transforming Washington State through grassroots leadership.
